CREATE Bill approved by Senate in its 3rd and final reading

Senate Bill 1357 is approved by the Senate in its 3rd and final reading last November 26, 2020.
Note that this is still subject to a Bicameral Conference where the two chamers of Congress will reconcile the Senate version against the House of Representatives own version of the bill.
Per Albay Representative Joey Salceda, the BICAM committee will try to finish reconciling all the conflicting provisions of the proposal by January 2021.
Hopefully, this will be signed into law in the 1st quarter of 2021.
